You will need to pay the licence fee of £37 now by debit or credit card. The fee is non-refundable in the event your application is declined.
At the end of this form, you will be asked to post to us an original copy of your Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate to us. Your Basic DBS must be dated within the last 28 days. Please don't upload a copy of the DBS certificate now. Your certificate will be returned to you by post once a decision has been made about your application.
A picture or scanned copy of your DBS certificate will need to be sent to us using the secure upload page linked here:
Please do not upload your DBS certificate on the 'Apply for a personal licence' application above.
Your DBS will be sent securely to our inbox to be assessed as part of your application. Please ensure the image you upload is clear and legible and that you show us the full certificate. Once the certificate has been assessed it will be deleted – no personal information found on the certificate will be recorded.
