The planning obligations supplementary planning document provides more detailed guidance to support the implementation of the Salford Local Plan: Development Management Policies and Designations (SLP:DMP).
The current planning obligations SPD was adopted by the council on 26 June 2026 and can be downloaded below.
For the purposes of demonstrating compliance with Regulation 123 of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations, a schedule of all planning obligations that the council entered between 6 April 2010 and 31 March 2019 is available to download below.
The Planning Obligations Infrastructure Funding Statement provides schedules of all planning obligation activity from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2025.
