The local plan policies monitoring report provides information about whether the local authority is implementing its policies within the development plan.
Regulation 34(2) of The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning)(England) Regulations 2012 requires details to be provided of whether policies within a local plan are being implemented by a local authority with these details published in a monitoring report.
In accordance with these requirements, an annual report is published providing details of Salford’s activities in relation to its local plan policies. The latest report, along with those for previous years is available to download at the bottom of this page.
