Events booking system (Zipporah)

Step 1 

When you click on the link the front page of the webpage will look like this

Click on 'Guest account' to login.

Step 3 

If you are new to this booking page, you will need to register for an account.

Fill the registration form out to create an account.

Once you have an account and logged in, click on the menu button.

This is what the page will look like when you open the menu. Click 'Book event'.

Step 7 

Use the drop down menu named event category to find 'Neurodevelopment training and support offer' and search for any relevant courses and suitable dates. Some courses are for parents and carers and some courses are for educators. Please ensure you find the correct course for you.

Step 7 - click on drop-down under event category

Step 8 

All courses relating to neurodevelopment will be displayed, once you have found a course you wish to attend click 'Book now'.

Step 8 - find a course and click book now

Step 9 

This will take you to a page with more detailed information on the course you wish to attend. To start the process to book on the course use the drop down button to request one place then click 'Continue'.

Step 9 - choose number of spaces

Step 10 

Enter the first three letters of your account name details to find your account to continue booking. Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions for booking. Not all courses will be suitable, and some will be for parents and carers and some for teachers and educators. Make sure you have clicked the appropriate course.

Once you have clicked the 'Consent' button click 'Submit'.

Step 12 

Some courses will have custom questions to ensure you are eligible to attend. Please answer accordingly and press 'Submit'.

Please check that you are booked on the correct course targeted to you and click 'Submit' again to confirm the booking.

Step 14 

If you have successfully booked the courses you will see the following screen stating ‘Booking complete’.

Step 15 

You will also receive an email confirming the booking. If the course you have booked is via Microsoft Teams, the links to the courses will be in this email. Ensure that you have the Teams app downloaded prior to the start of the course. Ensure that you put these course dates in your diary as it is your responsibility to access these courses on the correct days.

Step 16 

If you wish to cancel a booking go into the menu and click 'Booking history'.

Step 16 - if you need to cancel, go to the menu and click Booking History

Step 17 

A list of all your course booking history will appear. To cancel an active booking click the tick box and then press 'Cancel booking'.

Step 17 - find the course you need to cancel, tick the box alongside it and click cancel booking
