The council will be establishing an approved list for a period of five years with the option to extend for a further three years and two years, with Outdoor Advert Developers having the opportunity to apply for inclusion throughout the term.
The approved list will remain open to new applicants and all documentation can be downloaded from the e-procurement site The Chest.
When completed all submissions will need to be uploaded to The Chest.
Any Outdoor Advert Developers applying for inclusion at any point during the ten-year period will be subject to the same approval process.
For Outdoor Advert Developers to be successfully included on the approved list they must achieve a PASS against the development questionnaire criteria specified in Schedule 4.
