Walking and Cycling Forum

The forum is a chance for people within Salford to hear about the schemes that Salford City Council and its partners are working on to help improve and promote walking and cycling, as well as anyone who is interested or wants to know more about walking and cycling in Salford.

We will also have speakers who will present issues around walking and cycling with other updates and events within Salford and Greater Manchester.

We meet four times a year with three sessions in person and the December forum held online.

The forum will start promptly at 6.30pm and run for no more than 2 hours.

Future forums

Future forums will be held every three months:

• Tuesday 11 March 2025, to be held at AECOM offices, 101 Embankment,
• Tuesday 10 June 2025, at Pendelton Gateway Centre
• Tuesday 16 September 2025, Salford university
• Tuesday 9 December 2025, to be held online via Teams
