You can check the planning history of a site or the status of a current application using our Public Access system. Public Access allows you to search by reference number, address or by a map.
Once an application has been selected you can view documents including reports and decision notices associated with that application by selecting the 'Documents' tab, then 'View associated documents'.

If you want specific planning advice on the acceptability of a proposed development or change of use we do offer pre-application advice, but there is a fee for this service. Further information can be found on our pre-application planning advice page.
