Sign in or register for an accountSalford Ethnic Minority and Traveller Achievement Service (EMTAS) provides support to all local authority schools. They help them meet the additional needs of their ethnic minority pupils.
These may be children who have English as an additional language (EAL), may be of Gypsy, Roma Traveller (GRT) heritage or have asylum or refugee status.

If you would like to refer a pupil to our service (we only accept referrals from Salford schools), please complete the online referral form. The parental consent box on the form must be ticked in order to submit the referral. Getting parental consent is the responsibility of the school and is essential in line with GDPR.
