If you would like to refer a pupil to our service (we only accept referrals from Salford schools), please complete the online referral form or the electronic referral form. For all referral forms we need a parental signature, ideally these should be submitted within the referral form but if you are unable to do this at the point of referral please forward the parent consent form as soon as possible. Please note due to GDPR, we are not able to work with a child without parental consent.
