We offer a variety of services to schools, including:

  • One to one or group support
  • Training and advice on best practice in ethnic minority achievement including new arrivals, advanced learners, GRT and asylum or refugee pupils
  • Assessment and tracking
  • Support on whole school policies and provision mapping
  • Resources
  • Interpreters for new arrival admission meetings
  • Liaison with parents and other agencies
  • School of Sanctuary Award accreditation
  • New Arrival Ambassador training for pupils
  • Support with cultural awareness events including the Traveller Wagon Project

If you would like to refer a pupil to our service (we only accept referrals from Salford schools), please complete the online referral form. The parental consent box on the form must be ticked in order to submit the referral. Getting parental consent is the responsibility of the school and is essential in line with GDPR.
