If you are having difficulties paying your bill instalments or a payment plan agreed with us, or offered to you in a letter or notice you have received from us, we can help get you back on track. 

You must pay your council tax in accordance with the bill you have received or a payment plan you have been offered or agreed with us. There are steps we will take if you don’t pay on time.
