Things to be aware of

  • If you need to report more than one nuisance, you will need to complete the form multiple times.
  • If you live in social housing, we will only investigate your complaint if the matter has been fully investigated by your landlord first. You must upload evidence of your landlord’s response to your official complaint at the end of this process.
