Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council intends to dispose of open space land of approximately 45531.95 sqm. (former Windsor High School site). The disposal of open space land will facilitate the development of new homes. The open space land is bounded by Churchill Way, Cotterill Street, West High Street and Clarendon Park and is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plan, which may be inspected at the Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and sent to Angela Martens, Assistant Principal Surveyor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5AS or to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk so as to be received no later than 22 February 2024.
