Land at Wharton Lane, Little Hulton
Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council intends to dispose of open space land( classed as grazing land) of approximately 0.13 hectares to Great Places Housing Group
The disposal of open space land will facilitate the development of new homes. The open space land is accessed from Wharton Lane and is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plan, which may be inspected on this page or in person at the Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and sent to Robert Donnelly, Assistant Principal Development Surveyor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5AS or to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk so as to be received no later than 8 March 2024.
