Notice of intention to appropriate land

NOTICE is hereby given that Salford City Council intends to appropriate for planning purposes and then subsequently dispose of open space land having a total area of approximately 11.63 acres located at Longshaw Drive, Little Hulton. The appropriation and disposal of the land will facilitate the development, re-development and improvement of the land.

The land subject to this notice and described above, is more particularly shown edged blue on the deposited plan which may be inspected at the Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5AW between 8.30am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive (due to the COVID 19 restrictions, please ensure that the Civic Centre is open before attending) and also can be downloaded below.

Alternatively, copies of the documentation may be inspected at Unity House, Swinton, M27 5FJ or requested via email at phlegal@manchester.gov.uk

Objections to the intended appropriation and disposal must be made in writing and sent to Alex Cox, Surveyor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5AS, or via email at phlegal@manchester.gov.uk so as to be received no later than 25 February 2021.
