Many people in Salford have been diagnosed with Long Covid by their GP. This programme brings people together to create a sense of belonging and community, allowing residents to share tools and techniques to adapt to the significant changes they are trying to overcome.

Our team will highlight support available including; getting back into exercise, nutrition, building self-confidence and self-belief, being assertive in a positive manner and strategies to manage stress levels. Over six weeks we’ll help you develop the knowledge, tools, and techniques to living with Long Covid. We’ll show you how to find support, help develop an understanding of how to manage setbacks, strategies for managing stress and show you what you can do to support your journey.
