Land at Robert Hall Street, Ordsall, Salford

Local Government Act 1972 Section 122(1), (2a)

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council intends to appropriate for planning purposes land having a total area of approximately ten acres at Robert Hall Street, Ordsall which forms part of open space in order to enable the construction and development of 274 residential dwellings, consisting of 137 houses and 137 apartments.           

The land subject to this notice and described above, is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plan which may be inspected at the Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5AW between 8.30am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive and also on this page.

Objections to the intended appropriation must be made in writing and sent to Annie Jackson, Development Surveyor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5AS, so as to be received no later than 19 September 2024. Please quote reference L/FYM/SCC002/04339.
