Land at Wynne Street, Salford

Local Government Act 1972 Section 123(1),(2a)

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council intends to dispose of open space land having a total area of approximately 0.66 acres located at Wynne Street, Salford, M6 6AD. The disposal of the land to facilitate the delivery of the Crescent Masterplan. As part of the Masterplan, there will be a Crescent Innovation Zone delivering new state-of-the-art facilities. One of those facilities is an Acoustics research facility.

The land subject to this notice and described above, is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plan which may be inspected at the Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5AW between 8.30am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive and also on Salford City Council’s website on this page.
