Dedicate an individual leaf on the modern designed 'Forget me not tree'.
The memorial can be found in the Book of Remembrance and Floral tribute Room within the Chapel at Ageroft Crematorium.
A leaf can be dedicated for a period of ten, twenty, thirty years and is renewable thereafter.
Each leaf is approximately 4” by 1½” (100mm by 35mm) and is made from aluminium with the text embedded into the aluminium plate.
The tree leaf can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 lines with up to 25 characters including spaces on each line. The font size will be adjusted to the amount of text required; the less text required the larger the font. Please consider if you require a left or right facing leaf before placing an order.

Memorial cards
It is possible to have copies of the inscription as it appears in the book of remembrance. These are suitable as a personal keepsake or to send to family or friends that live a distance away.
Slate memorial plaques
Agecroft Crematorium
A slate memorial plaque may be leased over a ten year period. These plaques are secured to the outer wall in the sunken garden.
Up to 60 letters may be inscribed on the plaque to remember your loved one.

Peel Green Crematorium
A metal plaque may be leased over a ten year period to commemorate your loved one. This plaque is positioned within the garden of remembrance. Up to 75 letters can be used for your personalised inscription.
Cremated remains burial plots
Agecroft and Peel Green
An area has been set aside at both Agecroft and Peel Green cemeteries for families to purchase a grave which will allow caskets of cremated remains to be buried privately.
A small memorial may be erected at the head of the grave to commemorate your loved one.
Commemorative rose bushes
Peel Green Cemetery
Standard rose trees have been planted within the rose beds throughout the Gardens of Remembrance which are adjacent to the crematorium chapel. They may be dedicated for a period of five years. Each rose tree is marked with a commemorative metal plaque which can be inscribed with up to 120 letters.
Granite tower plaques
Agecroft and Peel Green
These black granite plaques are inscribed with gold colour inscriptions which are mounted on the face of the tower for a period of ten years. Up to 40 letters (Peel Green) and 60 letters (Agecroft) of wording may be inscribed onto the plaque.
Kerb edge vases
Agecroft and Peel Green
These grey kerb edge vases are located in the Gardens of Remembrance. They are inscribed and come complete with an aluminium flower container for a lease of ten years.
