Reviews are now being dealt with by email/letter. If you are selected for a Housing Benefit Review a member of our staff will write to you to tell you the information we need you to provide. We will have already obtained any income details we can direct from the DWP.
You will need to provide all the information we have requested within a month of our email/letter. If you fail to provide this information, your claim will be suspended. We will contact you again and give you a further month to provide the information. If it is still not provided your claim will be ended.
