Housing benefit full case review

From 1 April 2025 you no longer need to complete a form for full case reviews.

Reviews are now being dealt with by telephone/email/letter. If you are selected for a Housing Benefit Review a member of our staff will attempt to call you to tell you the information we need you to provide. We will have already obtained any income details we can direct from the DWP.

If we are unable to contact you via phone we will send you either an email or a letter requesting the information. You will then need to provide all the information we have requested within a month of our phone call/email/letter.

If you fail to provide this information, your claim will be suspended. We will contact you again and give you a further month to provide the information. If it is still not provided your claim will be ended.
