The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Profile Handbook and exemplification materials are also available online and have been published by the Department for Education. Both documents are available to download from the Foundation Years website. Printed copies are not available.
The EYFS Profile Handbook replaces the previous 2008 issue and has been developed to help practitioners to make accurate judgements about each child's attainment, and to enable effective moderation of judgements.
The EYFS Profile LA moderation requirements booklet has been incorporated into section 6 of the 2013 handbook.
