Ash Drive

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make the following order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce No Waiting at Any Time on:

Ash Drive

  • South east side, from the southern extended kerbline of Heys Avenue for a distance of ten metres in a south westerly direction.
  • South east side, from the northern extended kerbline of Heys Avenue for a distance of 44 metres in a north easterly direction.
  • South east side, from a point 20 metres of the northern extended kerbline of Thornmere Close for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction.
  • North west side, from the southern extended kerbline of Mardale Avenue for a distance of 22 metres in a south westerly direction.
  • North west side, from the northern extended kerbline of Mardale Avenue for a distance of ten metres in a north easterly direction.

Mardale Avenue

  • Both sides, from the western extended kerbline of Ash Drive for a distance of five metres in a north westerly direction.

Heys Avenue

  • Both sides, from the eastern extended kerbline of Ash Drive for a distance of five metres in a south easterly direction.

Existing orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with proposals.

A copy of the proposed order, a plan of the area and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
