Bolton Road

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make the following order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the proposed order will be to introduce the following provisions:

No waiting at any time 

Bolton Road south east side

  • From a point 31.3 metres south east from the south eastern extended kerbline of King Street for a distance of 9.8 metres in a south easterly direction.
  • From a point 72.8 metres south east from the south eastern extended kerbline of King Street for a distance of 6.3 metres in a south easterly direction.
  • From a point 129.2 metres south east from the south eastern extended kerbline of King Street for a distance of 20.6 metres in a south easterly direction.
  • From a point 192.9 metres south east from the south eastern extended kerbline of King Street to a point 37.2 metres south east from the south eastern extended kerbline of Moorfield Road.

Acresfield Road

  • North west side from the south eastern extended kerbline of Bolton Road for a distance of nine metres in a southerly direction.
  • South east side from the south eastern extended kerbline of Bolton Road for a distance of ten metres in a southerly direction.

Moorfield Road

  • Both sides from the south eastern extended kerbline of Bolton Road for a distance of ten metres in a south westerly direction.

Limited waiting parking places, 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. Waiting limited to two hours. No return within two hours on:

Bolton Road south east side

  • From a point 41.1 metres south east from the south eastern extended kerbline of King Street for a distance of 31.7 metres in a south easterly direction.
  • From a point 79.1 metres south east from the south eastern extended kerbline of King Street for a distance of 50.1 metres in a south easterly direction.
  • From a point 149.8 metres south east from the south eastern extended kerbline of King Street for a distance of 43.1 metres in a south easterly direction.
  • From a point 37.2 metres south east from the south eastern extended kerbline of Moorfield Road for a distance of 57.5 metres in a south easterly direction.

Existing orders have been amended to be consistent with proposals. A copy of the proposed order together with the plan and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 4.30pm from Monday to Friday. 

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing by 28 March 2019 (quoting ref L/TG/OUT1093/706).
