Sign in or register for an accountNotice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make the following orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011, the Highways Act 1980 - section 90a and the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999.
The effect of the order will be to introduce No Waiting at Any Time on:
The order shall be to prohibit any person from driving any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 20mph on the following roads for their entire length unless otherwise stated:
Salford City Council proposes to construct a raised junction table in the length of road specified in the schedule below. If no objections are received, the raised junction table will be constructed on the lengths of road as detailed in the schedule below after 17 August 2017.
Raised junction table – 75mm high (+/- 15 mm), and gradients to steeper than 1:15
The extent of the raised junction table is as follows:
A copy of the proposed orders, a plan of the area and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Fridays.
