Clarence Street

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the order will be as follows, 'No waiting at any time' on:

• Clarence Street - (i) North side, from its junction with the westerly kerbline of Milton Street, for a distance of 5.7m in a westerly direction. (ii) South side, from its junction with the westerly kerbline of Milton Street, for a distance of 4.7m in a westerly direction.
• Milton Street - Both sides, from a point 15m in a southerly direction from its junction with southerly kerbline of Clarence Street, to a point 15m in a northerly direction from its junction with northerly kerbline of Clarence Street.

Existing orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with proposals.

A copy of the proposed order, a plan of the area and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 4.30pm from Monday to Friday.
