Prohibition of waiting and Limited Waiting Parking Bays Order 2016

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order will be to introduce:

No waiting at any time on:

Culverwell Drive

  • South west side from a point 5.1 metres south of its junction with Cross Lane for a distance of 24.5 metres in a south easterly direction.
  • West side from a point 12.7 metres north of its junction with Melksham Close for a distance of 98.5 metres in a northerly direction following the bend.
  • East side from a point 12.8 metres north of its junction with Melksham Close for a distance of 79.4 metres in a northerly direction following the bend

Trenam Place

  • South west side, from a point 4.2 metres south of its junction with Cross Lane for a distance of 7.5 metres in a south easterly direction.
  • North east side, from a point 4 metres south of its junction with Cross Lane for a distance of 7.5 metres in a south easterly direction.

Coconut Grove

  • East side from a point 11.2 metres north east of its junction with Churchill Way for a distance of 18.7 m in a northerly direction.
  • West side from a point 11 metres north east of its junction with Churchill Way for a distance of 18 metres in a northerly direction.

Citrus Way

  • West side, from a point 7.4 metres north of its junction with Churchill Way for a distance of 17.2 metres in a north easterly direction.
  • East side from a point 7.6 metres north of its junction with Churchill Way for a distance of 20.1 metres in a north easterly direction towards Mango Place.

Limited Waiting Parking Bays with width of 1.8m. Monday to Sunday 24 hours, maximum stay 30 minutes, no return within two hours.

Culverwell Drive

  • South west side, from a point 29.7 metres south of its junction with Cross Lane for a distance of 30.8 metres in a south easterly direction.

A copy of the proposed order together with a plan and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.
