Prohibition of waiting and amendment order 2016

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the proposed order will be to introduce no waiting at any time on the following length of road:

Folly Lane

South east side, from a point 34 metres south west of the southern kerbline of Thorn Road in a north easterly direction to a point 15 metres north east of the northern kerbline of Thorn Road.

The order will contain exceptions to permit waiting for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

A copy of the proposed order together with a plan and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.
