Width Restriction Order 2016 

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order will be to introduce: 

Proposed width restriction two metres (six feet and seven inches) on Greenwood Street, Salford 

It is proposed to introduce a two metres (six feet and seven inches) width restriction for vehicles travelling along Greenwood Street at a point 28.5m north east from its junction with Brindle Heath Road. Emergency Services will be exempt from this restriction. 

Existing orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with the proposals. 

A copy of the proposed order together with the plans showing the proposals may be inspected at Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays. 

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing by 8 September 2016 (quoting ref: L/RH/OUT1093/388)
