Lower Seedley Road

Salford City Council proposes to make the following order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

The effect of the proposed order will be to introduce the following provision:

No Stopping on School Entrance Markings Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm – Holy Family Catholic Primary School - on:

Lower Seedley Road

  • South side from a point 10.7m east of its junction with the E projected kerbline of Coomassie Street for a distance of 27m in a west direction; and
  • South side from a point 19.4m east of its junction with the east projected kerbline of Coomassie Street for a distance of 42.m in a south direction

Langworthy Road

  • East side from a point 15.1m south of its junction with the south projected kerbline of Lower Seedley Road for a distance of 42m in a south direction

Alpha Street and Duchy Street

  • North side of Alpha Street from a point 138.7m west of its junction with the west projected kerbline of Highfield Road for a distance of 14.9m in a west direction and then along the west side of Duchy Street for a distance of 15.9m in a south direction.

A copy of the proposed order, plans of the area and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the orders may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (due to COVID-19 restrictions, please ensure that the Civic Centre is open before attending).
