Ordsall Lane and Everard Street

Notice hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make the following orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The titles and effects of the orders are as follows:

City of Salford (Ordsall Lane and Everard Street) (Prohibition Of Waiting And Limited Waiting Parking Places) Order 2018

No waiting at any time:

Ordsall lane:

• South east side, from south western kerbline of Dyer Street for a distance of 5 metres in a south westerly direction.
• South east side, from a north eastern kerbline of Dyer Street for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction.
• South east side, from a south western kerbline of Everard Street for a distance of 5 metres in a south westerly direction.
• South east side, from a north eastern kerbline of Everard Street for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction.

Everard Street:

South west side from south easterly kerbline of Ordsall lane, for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction.

Limited waiting parking places, operative 8am to 8pm, everyday. Waiting limited to 30 minutes, no return within 1 hour on:

Ordsall Lane:

South east side, from a point 5 metres north eastern kerbline of Dyer Street for a distance of 29 metres in a north easterly direction.

City of Salford (Everard Street, Ordsall) (Designated Parking Places For Loading/Unloading) Order 2018

Loading/unloading parking places, operative 8am to 8pm, everyday. Stay limited to 30 mins, no return within 1 hour on:

Everard Street:

South west side from a point 10 metres south easterly kerbline of Ordsall lane, for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction.

Existing orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with proposals.

A copy of the proposed orders plans of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the orders may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Rd, Swinton, M27 5AS, 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing by 31 August 2018 (quoting ref L/TGA/OUT1093/652).
