Overdale

Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the proposed order will be to introduce the following provisions.

No waiting at any time on: 

Overdale

  • South east side from a point 10 metres north eastern extended kerbline of Overdale to a point 10 metres south western extended kerbline of Overdale in a south westerly direction (near 152 Overdale)
  • Both sides from south of the south eastern extended kerbline of its junction with Overdale for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction (near 152 Overdale)
  • West side from a point 10 metres south of the southern extended kerbline of the Acresfield Close to a point 10 metres north of the northern extended kerbline of the Acresfield Close in a northerly direction
  • South side from a point 10 metres east of eastern extended kerbline of Linksway to a point 10 metres west of the western extended kerbline of Linksway in a westerly direction (near 92 to 94 Overdale)
  • SE side from a point 10 metres east of south eastern extended kerbline of Linksway to a point 10 metres north of north western extended kerbline of Linksway in a north westerly direction (near 72 to 74 Overdale)

Acresfield Close

  • Both sides from west of the western extended kerbline of its junction with Overdale for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction.

Linksway 

  • Both sides from south of the southern extended kerbline of its junction with Overdale for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction (near 92 to 94 Overdale)
  • Both sides from south of the south western extended kerbline of its junction with Overdale for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction (near 72 to 74 Overdale).

No waiting Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm on:

Overdale 

  • North side from east of the north eastern extended kerbline of Linksway for a distance of 33 metres in an easterly direction (near 53 Overdale).

A copy of the proposed order together with the plan and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 9am and 4.30pm from Monday to Friday. 

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing by 14 November 2019 (quoting ref STG/OUT1093/775).
