Parkgate Drive

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make the following orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The titles and effects of the orders are as follows:

City of Salford, Parkgate Drive and adjoining streets, Swinton South, Prohibition of Waiting Order 2018 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Parkgate Drive

• Both sides, from its north easterly kerbline of Barton Road for a distance of 8 metres in a north easterly direction.
• Both sides, from its south westerly kerbline of Heathfield Drive for a distance of 8 metres in a south westerly direction.
• Both sides, from its north easterly kerbline of Heathfield Drive for a distance of 8 metres in a north easterly direction.
• Both sides, from its south westerly kerbline of Collingwood Drive for a distance of 8 metres in a south westerly direction.
• Both sides, from its north easterly kerbline of Collingwood Drive for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction.

Barton Road

• West side, from its northerly kerbline of Parkgate Drive for a distance of 8 metres in a northerly direction.
• West side, from its southerly kerbline of Parkgate Drive for a distance of 20 metres in a southerly direction.

Heathfield Drive

• Both sides, from its northerly kerbline of Parkgate Drive for a distance of 8 metres in a northerly direction.
• Both sides, from its southerly kerbline of Parkgate Drive for a distance of 8 metres in a southerly direction.

Collingwood Drive

• Both sides, from its northerly kerbline of Parkgate Drive for a distance of 8 metres in a northerly direction.
• Both sides, from its southerly kerbline of Parkgate Drive for a distance of 8 metres in a southerly direction.

City of Salford, Parkgate Drive, Swinton South, Prohibition of Stopping Outside School Entrance Order 2018.

No stopping between the hours of 8am to 5pm on Monday to Friday on Parkgate Drive, around the cul-de-sac end, from a point 5 metres east of the junction with the easterly kerbline of Collingwood Drive for a distance of 43.56 metres in an easterly, northerly and westerly direction, outside Grosvenor Road Primary School.

Existing orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with proposals.

A copy of the proposed orders, plans of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the orders may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5AS, 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing by 24 August 2018 (quoting ref L/TGA/OUT1093/645).
