Preston Avenue and Preston Close

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make the City of Salford (Preston Avenue and Preston Close, Eccles)(Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2021 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order will be as follows:

Proposed no waiting at any time on:

Preston Avenue

• both sides, from its cul-de-sac end in a westerly direction for a distance of 28 metres, including the Preston Close turning head

A copy of the proposed order together with the plan showing the proposal and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be inspected at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to Fiona Ledden, City Solicitor PO Box 532, Town Hall, Manchester, M60 2LA, or phlegal@manchester.gov.uk by 4 October 2021 quoting reference PSH/OUT1093/948.
