Rigby Street

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the proposed order will be to introduce:

No waiting at any time 

Rigby Street 

• East side from its junction with the extended southern kerbline of Northumberland Street for a distance of 25 metres in a southerly direction,
• East side from a point ten metres north from the extended northern kerbline of Maplewood Court to a point ten metres south from the extended southern kerbline of Maplewood Court,
• East side from a point ten metres north from the extended northern kerbline of the entrance to Green View to a point ten metres south from the extended southern kerbline of entrance to Green View. 

Maplewood Court 

• Both sides from the extended eastern kerbline of Rigby Street for a distance of ten metres in an easterly direction.

A copy of the proposed order together with the plan and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 4.30pm from Monday to Friday. 

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing by 11 January 2019 (quoting ref L/TG/OUT1093/686).
