Swinton Park

Salford City Council proposes to make the following orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 

The titles effect of the proposed orders will be as follows: 

City of Salford (Beechfield Road, And Surrounding Streets) (20mph Speed Limit Order Zone) 2024 

20mph Zone on the following lengths of road for their entire length:

  • Beechfield Road
  • South Avenue
  • First Avenue
  • Second Avenue
  • The Square
  • Third Avenue
  • Leigh Avenue
  • Fourth Avenue 

City of Salford (May Road and Surrounding Streets) (20mph Speed Limit Order Zone) 2024 

20mph Zone on the following lengths of road for their entire length:

  • May Road
  • The Westlands
  • Silver Birch Grove
  • Blantyre Road
  • Bridgewater Road
  • Torrington Road
  • Springwood Avenue

City of Salford (Ranelagh Road and Surrounding Streets) (20mph Speed Limit Order Zone) 2024 

20mph Zone on the following lengths of road for their entire length:

  • Ranelagh Road
  • Rothesay Road
  • Osborne Drive
  • Hawthorn Drive
  • Redcar Road
  • Birch Drive
  • High Bank Road
  • Goodwood Drive
  • Sherwood Drive

A copy of the proposed Orders and plans of the areas and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the above orders may be examined at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Details can be viewed online on this page.
