Worsley Road, Bay Tree Avenue and Mill Brow

Prohibition of waiting order 2016

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order will be to introduce no waiting at any time on:

Worsley Road

• North side from a point 12 metres east of its junction with Bay Tree Avenue to a point 30 metres west of its junction with Woodstock Drive.

Bay Tree Avenue

• West side from its junction with Worsley Road for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction.

Bay Tree Avenue

• East side from its junction with Worsley Road to its junction with Greenside.

Greenside

• South side from its junction with Bay Tree Avenue for a distance of 8 metres in an easterly direction.

Worsley Road

• North side from its junction with Mill Brow for a distance of 6 metres in a westerly direction.

A copy of the proposed order together with a plan and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5.00pm from Monday to Friday inclusive.
